Have you ever met people who seem to have been born knowing exactly what they ought to be doing and are doing it? They seem so happy! For most of us, though, this seems like a difficult question with no clear cut answer. It needn't be.

I created this site to share the results of my own search for inspiration and meaning in my life to help you find yours. Flash back several years. I was the CEO of the hi-tech company that I founded. I brought the company to Nasdaq, made lots of money, and was anything but happy. I didn't know why. After all, I was running a multi-million dollar international company, making good money. Isn't this what it's all about?

I got out. The company's assets were sold to a strategic partner and I spent lots of time trying to figure it out. The answer was incredibly simple. I did not enjoy what I had been doing. And that's really the simple but powerful key.

But why was I doing what I did not enjoy?! Why are people stuck in jobs they don't like, working for people they can't stand? I've been around the block a few times. I've met many people from all walks of life. The sad fact is, that the percentage of people I've known who are happy with what they are doing is not large. Malcolm Forbes said, "The biggest mistake people make in life is not making a living at doing what they most enjoy."

Believe me, there is absolutely nothing in the world that compares with the thrill, the happiness and the satisfaction of doing your own unique thing, the thing you were born to do! It is well worth the effort to find it. And, truth be told, the search doesn't even have to be much of an effort.

The good news is that you can do what you enjoy and feel good about what you do! How do you get there? That's what this site is all about.

Self improvement, self growth and personal development only make sense within the context of your unique life mission. That's what makes this site unique. Once you know the goal, your life mission, personal development tools become meaningful.

The first step is inspiration. The second step is discovering your mission. The third step is inspiration once again but this time, to live your mission and finally, on this site you will find tools that help you live your mission.

Inspiration gets me moving and as Albert Einstein said, "Nothing happens until something moves."
